Welcome to Vibe Wellness & Med Spa, a nurse-led medical wellness practice dedicated to providing safe, personalized, and clinically focused care to our community. We’re Kristen Sayles and Nicole McCormick, co-founders and nurses with extensive experience working side by side in critical care. Our years in high-acuity healthcare have shaped the way we approach every patient—with careful assessment, attention to safety, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality care. We created Vibe Wellness & Med Spa to provide our community with greater access to personalized medical and wellness services in a comfortable, welcoming environment. Our practice offers medical treatments and services designed to address individual health concerns and support our patients’ overall well-being. Our medical services include IV hydration therapy, injectable medications and vitamin replacement when clinically appropriate, medically managed weight-loss programs, therapeutic treatments for migraines and headaches, TMJ-related symptoms, nausea, pain, and other qualifying health concerns. Patients are evaluated for treatment appropriateness, contraindications, medical history, and individual needs in accordance with the requirements of each service. We believe healthcare should feel personal. Our goal is to create an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their health concerns while receiving professional, individualized care. Our clinical backgrounds have taught us that safety, appropriate patient selection, education, documentation, and follow-up are essential components of quality healthcare. Those principles remain at the center of the care we provide at Vibe. While we also offer elective aesthetic services, Vibe Wellness & Med Spa is more than an aesthetic practice. Medical wellness, symptom management, preventive care, and improving access to healthcare services within our rural community are important parts of our mission.
